Painfully shy, but ready for a change of scenery she moves away from home to start her collegiate life. Cocktail waitress on the side she meets a guy who falls into a long lineage of restaurateurs. After a long friendly and flirty at-work-relationship they decide to go on a date, which turns into a whirlwind of questions. What seemed so easy, felt a bit forced in the world outside the constraints of work . . . AT FIRST. It was not long until the two worlds felt the same. Nerves anxiety and shyness subsided. Things finally felt easy. A couple of years later, a balcony overlooking the sandy beaches of the Florida coast made the perfect backdrop for a proposal. Add 2 more years and here we are a month before their big day.

Alisha and Niko, I am so excited to document your upcoming wedding! Hope you love your slideshow…click HERE

P.S. A&N’s fabulous weim, Bruno made an appearance during the session and as a former weim owner I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this weimaraner is the most chill weim that anyone will EVER encounter.

Alisha, you are flippin’ gorgeous!

This next two pics are a great summary of their relationship. . .

I love how Alisha stands on her tippy toes to smooch her man. My man is a foot taller than me so I am required to do the same :)

It was a typical hot, sultry day in May and there was a young 21-year old fresh college graduate wearing the only suit he had. Walking around, knocking on doors, trying to sweet talk the receptionist into an interview. He was pursuing a dream he had had since he was 12, after he won a stock market competition. The dream was to become a stock analyst and this was the last step after getting a degree in Finance. After getting married in Chattanooga, he figured it was best to raise a family here in Chattanooga than in New York or London. After countless knocked doors, he finally connected to a special receptionist that just so happened to live a couple of blocks away. That sweet “gatekeeper” was Emily Knoch and the young fresh college graduate was my hubs. Even though they don’t work together anymore, we are still neighbors and remain great friends.

Recently we had the pleasure of meeting Emily’s entire clan. Mitch lives in New York with his finance Noelle &  their furbabies, while Kevin lives in Arizona with wife Kerry Ann & their son Keegan and Sean lives in Washington with wife Lauren & children Kiley and Brady (and no you are not seeing double…Kevin and Sean are twins :). Due to the large family I brought hubs along to his first family shoot and we took about as many pictures as many photographers take at a wedding…ha! We had such a good time we almost stayed the night! Emily thanks for getting my hubs his first job after college and the opportunity to document your family this spring.

I just love Holden’s bright eyes adorned with long thick lashes, his huge laugh and big grin! At 2 and a half, Holden is very talkative, loves trains, feeding the ducks and just life in general. His mommy said, Holden enjoys everything even the simplicity of going to the grocery store just to be out and about soaking in life. This brilliant and adorable 2.5 year old is special because he is something his parents did not even know they desired. Thinking that they might not have kiddos, Holden came as a huge surprise and now this close net family of three can rarely be found apart. You can definitely tell from the following photos that Holden was the best surprise they have ever received and they could not imagine life without him.

Ava and Lucy are two very adorable girls who are identical twins. I can officially tell them apart even when they do not have their personalized Ivey Handcrafted tees. The first time I met the girls, 6 mths ago, I definitely could not tell the cuties apart.

The twins have grown up so much and are absolutely adorable. Ava melted my heart when she played peek-a-boo with her daddy and also when she blew her mommy kisses. Lucy, the snuggle bug, both hugged and kissed her sister…precious! The girls crawl in sync (see slideshow), are on the verge of walking. They have come along way from their first weeks of life spent in the NICU.

Hope you love your sneak peek slides how!

Lucy & Ava’s Daddy built them a large bird feeder (A very small project compared to the typical things Aaron is working on. Check out Cabeen Orgininals)for their birthday since they love birds so much. Here they are peering over it.

Here are the aforementioned Ivey Handcrafted tees. Tobi Jo, as soon as I don’t think there is anyway you could possibly outdo your previous creation. . .love these!!!

Girls, you bort are so very precious and I hope you can look back at these pictures and see what a wonderful life you lived at merely one year old! Muah!

Sometimes the person you are meant to be with is right there in front of your face and you don’t even realize it. The person you confide in, call your best bud, even sometimes “fight” with like your little brother/sister and then one day you see that same person in a very different light. Terah and Justin were just that and now are excited about their quickly approaching wedding day. We recently met up with their wild puppy, Buddy who had each of us wrapped up in his bright red leash at least once :) I had a great time getting to know you two more and I am ecstatic about your upcoming wedding!
