Sisters are fabulous! I have three of them myself and really really hope Ada has one, two or perhaps three someday. These two think sisters are pretty fabulous as well and I think these two are fabulous. Not only are they both beautiful, but they are such sweet and oh so fun girls. This was a surprise for their mom for Mother’s Day and while their gallery was received several weeks ago it is time to at last showcase their session on the bliggity blog.  Hope you love your slideshow :)

P.S. I am coming at this blog with a vengeance this week so consider yourself forewarned. . .ra ha ha {evil laugh}

They each grew up in foreign lands that offered very different cultures than we experience here in the states. Though different foreign lands from each other, one thing definitely remained the same for both. . .the appreciation of daily fresh flowers. Here in America we typically think of flowers for special occasions, but not these two. Flowers are a way of life. They are something that can be appreciated everyday and they have several people that have adopted this philosophy and truly do stop by Sue and Gloria’s local floral shop for their daily dose of fresh cut flowers.

The week prior to meeting up with these two I randomly purchased fresh flowers for our own home and when I heard them explain their thoughts on a daily bouquet of flowers, I knew exactly what they were talking about. Every time I glanced at the beautiful array of fresh living color that stood proudly on our kitchen table I smiled. I would randomly stop over the table to breathe in the strong fragrance and each time it truly made me happier. I have no PhD, but I think it just might be safe to say that flowers can increase your health, okay well at least your well being which can contribute to better health, right? Either way, I personally vow to forgo my previous thought that flowers are for special occasions and make flowers become a more regular way of life.

For your own daily dose of fresh cut flowers you must stop by and visit Sue and Gloria at Making Arrangements. This adorable little floral shop is nestled in the heart of St. Elmo and as you will see in the following pictures, saying the shop has character is a large understatement. No detail was overlooked in the shops decor. Sue and Gloria have been dear friends for over 20 years and are the easiest people to fall in love with. Not only will their flowers win you over, but these two are a fabulous find in and of themselves. Oh and Making Arrangements is most definitely not opposed to taking care of your special occasion florals as well. They are full service can most definitely create the most divine bouquet or arrangement of any kind so daily or special occasion be sure to stop by and tell them hello.

In my last post I mentioned things had been a little wild lately. This family has also experienced some wildness. They recently moved into a new house which I love period (.), but love an extra helping due to the incredible light that fills its interior. Along with their new house Anna (Parker’s mom) is in the first year of starting a new business. Check out, Paisley! Super super cute! Okay, enough talk. . .let’s see some Parker!

Check out Parker’s slideshow by clicking HERE!

What a beautiful blued eyed baby!

Parker loves to spread his toes. . .I think they are ready for some sand!

fun perspective. . .

Smiling for his bananas (or “manas” as my Ada calls them :)

You are too cute Parker!

People that follow my blog regularly are aware this is not the first belly button that has shown up. I actually have a “bebo” obsession, but only the itty bitty baby bebo kind. This book by Sandra Boynton introduced Ada to her bebo and hence caused my obsession :) This book is a must have for anyone with little people in their life.

Baby feet are definitely a close second to bebos :)

This is Oscar who surprisingly enough has become more chill since Parker arrived!

Thanks you guys! Excited for the next round!

This girl impressed me from the moment I met her. I knew her work from the web and fell in love with it immediately. Her handcrafted jewelry is very intricately designed. Quality . Stylish . Modern . Fun are all understatements. Knowing I loved her work I had no doubt that she would be a fabulous person herself. Dawn and her family are new to Chattanooga as of the end of last summer, with her husband’s job transfer. Dawn did not let being a newbie stop her from getting to know our city and its people. Dawn is outgoing, witty and extremely lovable. She knows half my friends already and I did not even introduce them:) She is a great social networker and has really impressed me from our first introduction. I am happy to not only know her, but also call her friend. I have even been getting some parenting pointers from her since any parent would be impressed with kids that are doing things such as this and this.

Dawn, with Charmed by Dawn, you are adorable. . .inside and out!

“Free” in this shot reminds me of Dawn’s free spirited personality and love of life!

One of Dawn’s fantastic pieces!

A-dorable and SO much class!

I can not wait to photograph this piece on one of my brides. Gorgeous!!!

The handcrafted details of this necklace blow me away! Brides, be sure to definitely check out Dawn’s website for your own piece of original handcrafted jewelry for your wedding day!

So whether you need an everyday original or a one of a kind for your wedding day, check out Charmed by Dawn!

Meet, Jason  & Gail of Lindsey & Associates, long term care insurance specialists. Both Jason & Gail were so super nice and extremely professional! During the time I spent with them I sensed their genuine desire to help others. As they explained the severity of pre-planning, they were more like confidants than business associates.  It was so nice to meet both of you!
