They knew each other in high school. Love interests, not necessarily at that moment. She moved away, but through a tragedy something beautiful came about. Facebook got the best of them and they fell in love. Knowing that marriage was meant to be, but not knowing when they forewarned their families that it would be an elopement of sorts. A pastor, 2 dear friends (one to sing and the other to counsel), their dog, Codie and 2 photographers on a remote dock on a beautiful river with the sun setting behind them. It was absolutely perfect! Meet Christa and Kenny. . .

Hope you guys love your slideshow! Click HERE.

Christa looked very couture on her wedding day! I love her non-traditional modern look! Gorgeous Christa!

Cody was especially excited for the wedding day. He made sure to always be attentive for any and all of the excitement! P.S. Christa made her bouquet, because she is crafty and fabulous like that! I love the feather details!

More Cody, the little cutie!

Christa, you seriously are stunning!

I knew it was going to be a fabulous day as soon as I spotted Christa’s Manolo Blahniks. These shoes are complete perfection! Christa said, ” Some girls go for the dress. I went for the shoes!” LOVE this girl!

As the first look was about to take place Kenny closed his eyes in anticipation of seeing his bride. You can tell he is taking in the moment and envisioning what his beautiful bride could possibly look like.

Kenny’s smile says that Christa did not disappoint! He was so happy to see her at last. . .

. . . and she him!

Kenny walked his bride down the aisle. They started and completed their wedding ceremony together!

They seriously almost had me in tears. Such a beautiful ceremony. If you have never heard it then you have to check out the song “You’re Beautiful” by Phil Wickham. An absolutely gorgeous song that started off the wedding ceremony.

I love the simplicity of the ceremony! Beautiful!

With the start time of the wedding Christa and Kenny decided they would like to do more pictures a different day. We had a great time!

What a great looking family! Love Cody!

You two are fierce!

With their fabulous wedding attire, these two looked like they were made to be in front of this “house”. (Hunter Art Museum)

You two are so fabulous! I really love your hearts! You are seriously two incredible souls!

Carson is so super duper sweet and so very adorable. She is a serious little one year old that would spontaneously flash me the biggest and sweetest smile. Carson is so super duper sweet and so very adorable. She is a serious little one year old that would spontaneously flash me the biggest and sweetest smile. We had so much fun roaming around Chattanooga’s Heritage Park and then heading to Bruster’s for Carson’s fist ever bit of ice cream that she actually did not really care for :)

Hope you guys love your slideshow! Click HERE.

Carson showing off her serious side…seriously cute side ;)

…and her great big smile and huge wave. I think she was waving at a dog :)

Carson is learning how to walk. Since the few days since our session she has already started taking off so I hear.

Carson loves her giraffe Sophie and I was love the light this evening provided

Love one year old kisses!

Beautiful beautiful girl!

I love random awesome connections!

I also love spaces between front teeth. Ada has a space between her front teeth and I hope she keeps it forever :) Carson, seriously you are so adorable with your scrunched up nose!

Carson wanted to slide just a little bit longer :)

…but soon got distracted :)

How can you not kiss those scrumptious cheeks?

I love her full pouty lips!

She loved sticking her head through the railing! She kept doing it and it was cracking me up!

First time for Bruster’s and first time for ice cream!

You still have a while until you have to give up the free cone, Carson.

She is not a fan!

She preferred just playing with the spoon!

Lastly, but most certainly not least! You MUST check out Limestone Films. Carson’s parents, Robert and Aston are videographers! They are doing incredible things! Be sure to keep an eye on these two and what they are up to. They have some huge things coming out very very soon! Brides be sure to check them out to document your wedding day!!!

My pink floral pajama pants still on, Ada’s hair un-brushed and no shoes on we headed out to add some spice to this over cast day. Fall is in the air though my weather channel app tries to tell me otherwise as at it blares back that it is in fact 84 degrees. Well, Mr. Weather Channel app, compared to recent temps 84 degrees kinda feels like fall…just cool enough to head out and snatch up my first Pumpkin Spice Latte of the season. This is hands down my favorite fall beverage and even though I am not suppose to be drinking caffeine at the moment, a little splurge every once in a while never hurt anyone.

And yep, I am a no whip kinda girl. . .

Btw, did you know that Starbuck’s gives out doggie treats? Another doggie friendly eatery is Bruster’s where your favorite pampered pooch can enjoy a creamy cup of vanilla ice cream complete with dog boneĀ  atop. All free. Anyone else know of some free finds for our furry friends?

Life has been wild and crazy lately. Last time, I spoke about craziness on here we sold our house before it was put on the market, moved with a 2.5 year old and the hubs biked across the US from coast to coast in 29 days while building a new website (which is still in the works :) and starting a new business. All is well. More craziness is here, but I will spare you the details for now and instead share some pics of an uber fab couple from an upcoming project that I can’t wait to share.

This blog post is long past due. This little guy is too cute to deprive the MP blog readers any longer. I met Isaac the very day he was born at the very moment he was born actually. He has been adorable since the very moments he arrived in the world, but he keeps getting EVEN cuter. Could not believe it was even possible. Isaac hands down has the best baby hair imaginable. No need to use styling gel, this little guy has naturally occurring baby faux-hawk. Check out this full of personality little cutie below.

Hope you guys love your slideshow! Click HERE

Isaac greeted me with this sweet little smile

Isaac is so into books. He really made me think he was reading a couple of times.

I love how he perfectly places his feet together
Daddy Love. Love me some squishy baby cheeks!
The aforementioned fabulous faux hawk

Sweetness!
Houdini and her, “help, my life has been taken over by a 4 mth old” face :)
One of my faves

Isaac loves being outside!
Love this huge grin he is giving his mommy

He was only sad for one tiny momento and I just had to capture it because he looked way too cute!
