I am so in love with these little girls! Eighteen months starts the beginning of my favorite age range in kiddos. Their little personalities really start to come out at this time and these two girls could not be any sweeter!

The girls were in their highchair having some dinner when I arrived and the girls instantaneously started displaying their adorable personalities. Here is Ava playing peek-a-boo!

Lucy was just being straight up cute…aaaaand headed to pull out her barrette (oh the battle of barrettes :)

I got a similar shot of the girls when they were one year old. They still love to look out of this pictures window in their playroom. So sweet that they are both standing on their tippy toes!

Ava, you must promise me that this will go in your wedding slideshow when you get married. It signifies that you were your daddy’s girl first. Not that we are really talking weddings cuz if anything like in our household, our Ada is not getting married until she is 40 :)

Ava gets a bear hug from her Granddad. So great that Aaron’s parents were able to come along for the session. Jodi’s parents planned to join us in future session :) (Note: the ginormous caterpillars that Granddad and Honey brought for the girls)

The girls were cracking me up with their different takes on eating ice cream. Ava went straight for a bite out of the bottom of the cone…

while Lucy took more of a “normal” approach. Though if Lucy got a bite of cone she was quick to pick out the cone in hopes for an ice cream only bite.
