nom-nom-nom-nom-. . .What an absolutely fun birthday party for an absolutely awesome little guy with a ridiculous amount of pictures to prove it. Yes, I am finished trying to narrow this blog post down any more. There are way too many pictures of Isaac enjoying his cake, but when a scrumptious little one year old cutie is paired with a cookie monster cupcake there was no stopping the cuteness overload. The maker of these adorable little masterpieces does not even claim to be a professional, but instead Isaac’s Great Aunt. They were pure perfection in taste and in aesthetics. The devouring of the {cup}cake is always a large part of a one year old birthday party and Isaac definitely did not disappoint. He was in love with his cupcake’s icing! Of course, a cookie monster birthday party would definitely not be complete without cookie decorating for the guests and an over abundance of chocolate cookies for all the little cookie monsters who came to celebrate with the birthday boy. Isaac’s mommy definitely spared no detail! Such an adorable birthday party!

Not only was the birthday party adorable it also had a sentimental factor with a reflection over Isaac’s first year via a montage of video clips that Isaac’s daddy blended together. It was so fun to watch Isaac grow right before our very eyes at his very own one year old birthday party. It has definitely been fun for me to watch Isaac change over this past year. I got to meet him the very moment he was born. . .such an incredible-incredible honor! Be sure to checkout Isaac from day one with his birth slideshow. . .click HERE. This one can evoke emotion in me EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!

. . .and for Isaac’s Happy 1st Birthday slideshow click HERE.

Hope you love! Love you guys!!! I am so happy to know this will not be our final session! It would be very disheartening otherwise :)

My heart and prayers go out to the people of Japan.
I can’t even fathom what it is like to witness the hurt and devastation first hand.

Though there are days my blog sits silent, tomorrow it will with a purpose.
It will be sitting silent in hopes to raise awareness and aid for our friends on the other side of the globe.
This event named For Japan with Love was organized by Utterly Engaged and Ever Ours with all donations going to Shelter Box who will provide emergency shelter and supplies to the people of Japan.

I love her name and her petite perfectly symmetrical features. She is truly an adorable baby. Her mother and I went to High School together and though I had never thought one way or another about Jonesy being just that. . .a mommy. . .it really fits her absolutely perfect. Jonesy has settled down with ease into her brand new role. The way she talks about motherhood and acts it out in her home with her sweet baby girl. . .it is a perfect fit.

This day that we documented was about two women in Jonesy’s life. . .her mother and her daughter. While Jonesy’s hubby could not be present (we will be sure to catch him next time) we captured the beauty of three generations of women! Thank you for inviting me into this new found world. Thank you also for allowing me to get acquainted with the new little person in my life while you waited so patiently for this blog post :) :) :)

Hope you love these images and hope you love your slideshow! Click HERE.
