Jimmy and I have known Tara since our first days back in Lockmiller Dorms on UTC campus. Our lives have changed so crazy much since those college days over a decade ago, but Tara is still her very very sweet self. She and hubbie, Jeff are now expecting a sweet little girl in just a couple short weeks. Can’t wait to meet her! You two are going to be amazing parents!!!

PS: Tara, pregnancy looks really really good on you!!!

HERE is your slideshow :)

There is a time in pregnancy when its gets a bit difficult to put your shoes on. Been there, done that :)

Tara has already fallen in love with several little outfits that her little girl will wear very soon.

Tara’s beautiful smile admiring an adorable quilt one of her friends made for baby Wiese.

Tara’s childhood care bear.

Jeff has already been practicing swaddling. This gesture is absolutely adorable!

He even challenged Tara to a swaddling match.

Jeff won :) I guess that practicing has paid off.

Reading to baby Wiese :)

Could Sperrys get any cuter?!?

Tara’s grandmother started on this quilt many years ago. It means so very much to Tara!

Baby Wiese, you college fund has been started!

Best dogs ever!!!

Love this vintage liquor cabinet!!!

Tara got adorably excited when I agreed to let her make me a drink. She said that making someone a drink while pregnant is just as good as being able to drink it!

The deliciousness that Tara concocted!

Me and my beverage :)

What Tara calls parallel play… :)

Those gorgeous pups again!

High five baby!

Yep, we went to a nearby cemetery for some shots. :)

These two are so amazing together and I can not wait to see them with their baby girl!! :)

Collectively it was not a whole lot of time we got to see him, but I am so thankful we got to meet him while brand new. I can not wait to get up to Nashville again very very soon to document this cutie even more! Love you all!!!

It is crazy to thing that with your next session you will be one, Reid! It has been a crazy fun 9 months that is for sure! The anticipation of your arrival when your mommy was pregnant, the slight scare when you were born and your perfect little self growing right up. My two favorite parts of this session definitely consisted of your wide mouth grin while you tossed your big red ball around. Secondly was when your daddy was tickling you and your mommy. So much fun and so much laughter!

Your slideshow awaits :) CLICK HERE

Reid’s mommy said: He is into EVERYTHING!  He is crawling everywhere, pulling up on everything, opening drawers/cabinets, swings doors, and CLIMBS the stairs. He loves for you to crawl around with him and will sometimes chase after you.  I love it when he crawls over to me, pulls up on my leg, and gives me a little pout or smile for me to pick him up.  We are seeing him develop a love for balls (as I believe all little boys do).  He will often laugh uncontrollably when playing catch.  It’s seriously the cutest thing ever!  He is also becoming more and more ticklish like his mommy!  T likes to torture us both with tickle fights.  Now that the weather is so beautiful, we like to spend time outside when we can.  We like to have family night around the firepit (smores included, of course) while playing corn hole.  We also like to take him to Heritage Park where he can swing.  Sometimes he looks terrified; others he lights up with joy.  : )  He is eating more finger foods and I believe he would eat those Gerber puffs til he threw up.  I just love watching him pick them up and put them in his mouth…I can’t believe he ever gets one in there.  If he’s feeling generous he will share a slobber soaked one with me. His bedtime routine is still one of my favorite things. He still loves bath time the most!  After the bath we read a story, say our prayers, then go to bed.  It’s something the 3 of us do together each night, and it’s precious time to me.  I often sit back and watch T with him and it makes me cry happy tears!  I LOVE this kid; everything about him!

My favorite type of family session to photograph is a newborn baby with an older sibling. Owen and Ella completely solidified this for me. Though we had most certainly met before, Ella was a little apprehensive when I first arrived, but it was not long until she became quite the ham. She is absolutely adorable and is such a wonderful big sister. It was so very fun to photograph these fellow photographers and friends. I had such an absolutely amazing time with each of you and hope to have the opportunity to do this again sometime soon! :)

Hope you love your slideshow!! :) Click HERE.

What Sara said about Owen: I have a few favorites for him…I love how he sticks his butt out. :) when I hold him against my chest he sticks his butt up and curves his back. He often props his head up too so he’s like a little cherub. :)  I also really love his hair since Ella didn’t have any. Everything else is just typical adorable cuteness of a newborn. I love him so much. :)

What Sara said about Ella: She’s amazing. She plays and plays with her trains, baby dolls, and pretend kitchen. She has a wonderful imagination and is so sweet and loving to us and to Owen. She loves to bring us “presents” which is just one of her toys wrapped up but so sweet. I really love everything about her so this is a hard question for me. :)

Aaaah, I want to see one of the jumping on the bed shots blown up really really big…because it is the epitome of your family! Lots and lots and lots of love!!!

Hope you love your slideshow! Click HERE.

Lila
* her smile/laugh – open mouth, crooked, if you look and smile at her, never fails that she will smile back
* snuggling with her little purple blanket while she sleeps
* her squishy tooshy – have a really hard time controlling myself from not pinching too hard, it’s so good
* Robert said, “that she looks like me.” He was being funny
* her little lips as she tries to eat food, she even tries to suck on her bottom lips sometimes (not while eating)
* how excited she gets during bath time, she gets all spastic and splashes around, then talks to herself
* she’ll get talking/cooling then tries to blow bubbles/spit over and over

Carson
* her energy: she loves to jump, be chased by the alligator (my hands clapping)
* her heart: she is so sweet, she loves her sister to death
* she’s trying to be such a big girl and imitate everything grown up thing we do
* she still wants me to kiss every booboo
* she wants to snuggle after she wakes up from her nap
* the way she talks and what she says
